Ben Hess is serial entrepreneur, writer, and coach who has helped hundreds of real estate companies, teams, and managers excel at recruiting. In 2006, he co-founded ThirdPool Recruiting, a new agent recruiting marketing and software company that operates in more than 100 metro areas in the United States. He also co-founded CoRecruit, a coaching and training company specializing in experienced agent recruiting.
Mark is the former President and CEO of JPAR, a high performing real estate company with $8B in sales and 4,000 agents. Under his leadership, JPAR expanded rapidly and grew revenue 5X in five years. Mark’s passion and expertise is helping real estate owners and team leaders create the systems, structure, and processes to support their growth.

Today we’ll be joined by Stephanie Robertstad. Stephanie is a recruiting coordinator for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox and Roach Realtors.
For those of you who don’t know, BHHS Fox and Roach is the flagship franchise in the BHHS network. They were recently ranked #1, for the sixth year in a row, and show no signs of slowing down.
They are headquartered just outside of Philadelphia, but they have more than 5,500 agents and over 75 offices spread across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
We all know that you don’t get this large and remain on top without recruiting. As you’d expect, they’ve been remarkably successful at attracting and growing some of the best agents in the country.
To pull something off this substantial, it only makes sense you’d need a team of talented individuals who are working on recruiting from various angles. Today, we’ll just look at one part of over their overall recruiting system, and that’s the digital sourcing and hiring of new agents.
